I had a similar problem - The whole taking 2 days, each time there is an exchange, causes problems; especially as they start off with a series of canned replies, which have nothing to do with the actual problem.I'm sure this has come up elsewhere but to anyone looking at the Zoom 3 for 30 offer, they're really struggling customer service wise. I've been waiting on a returns authorisation since June 5th, they've acknowledged they received it twice but silence so far.
Only an issue if something goes wrong but worth bearing in mind.
I finally got decent service after putting it on trustpilot. Once an return authorisation is issued, if you send the proof of posting they will refund straight away.
I have also had numerous good experiences with them, for balance.
