Thanks @FevreDream @Casimir Harlowmentioned this in the UHDs of the year (after I moaned about missing the special edition and not wanting to fork out twice what the original rrp was).
I’ve since tried to find more info on it and can only see an eBay seller quoting zooms page (oddly I can’t find it on zoom).
Edit: actually it’s zooms eBay page so looks like it will be coming !

There will be no physical 4K releases of Good Liar, 21 Bridges, Last Christmas, Uncut Gems, Dark Waters and Richard Jewell.
Cats looks to be cancelled due to poor Boxoffice results and may be a digital 4K release only !
Also it looks like The Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings movies may be coming to 4K in October of this year....we'll have to see if that information is correct.

The Digital Bits has brought their begging bowl out now (should have stayed impartial instead of glossing over major flaws on paid for reviews they used to do I guess!). But also mentions quite a lot of physical 4K UHD disc releases either coming soon or in the pipeline.

Many of these should be out by June at the latest so get saving now its going to be expensive! As 4K UHD disc sales only account for 5.9% of all disc sales buy as many as you can afford to keep the accountants happy & get a few more classics on 4K UHD disc!!

Jaws
Back To The Future Trilogy
War Of The Worlds (2005)
Top Gun
Days Of Thunder
Spartacus
Total Recall (1990)
Inglorious Bastards
Full Metal Jacket
Flash Gordon
Highlander

Jaws, back to the future, top gun, total recall and inglorious will all be purchased instantly.

Has there been any news of a UK Parasite release on 4K yet?

Alas no. Only Blu-ray announced for now by Curzon Artificial Eye. I'm unsure if Curzon do 4K releases.

If you have movies anywhere, I think either Vudu or Fandango has a 4K UHD source.

Director Bong also announced a b&w version. So we may be seeing multiple releases of this film around the world. Fingers crossed for 4k uhd disc with English subtitles somewhere...
