I am currently wiring my new house and am going to be putting in a projector screen, my budget for projector and screen is around £2000 - £2500, my room is 3340mm from projector wall to back wall, the projector wall measurements are 3065mm wide by 2430mm high, I want to maximise the size of screen I can have so there is more room, I am thinking to go for;
BenQ W2700 4K projector
120 inch Spitfire motorized screen Spitfire Premier Electric Home Cinema Projection Screen 120 Inch - Projection Screens - AV Online - UK Home Cinema and Hifi Specialists
My screen will be ceiling mounted in front of a mirror or possibly a wall hung tv so I will have just under 3 metres from lens to screen once everything is in place.
I'm pretty sure 120" is the maximum screen size I could have here, please correct me if I'm wrong as I would like to go as big as possible.
Also in terms of wiring I can't see which side the plug is located on this but if i place an electrical socket towards the middle of the projector wall near the ceiling, would this suffice and i can clip the cable to the back of the casing?
I have wired a single socket on the back wall near the ceiling, also a hdmi wallplate, cat 6 cable and ran bellwire to act as the 12V trigger cable, is there anything else I've missed?
Any advice would be appreciated as I am new to this, want a 4k projector and the largest screen possible
Thanks in advance
