My wife is transitioning her online Yoga from recorded classes, which I edit using Davinci Resolve to streaming classes using Zoom as a platform. To make the transition I have ordered a Blackmagic Atem Mini. I am wondering if anyone else has purchased on and have any thoughts or tips. I think that I have watched just about every video on youtube. We will be using 2 cameras, a Panasonic G7 and a GoPro HeroBlack 5 and Rode Go wireless mics. Any input much appreciated.

Well my Atem Mini is being delivered today. I will post some feedback once I have had a play this weekend

Looks a nice piece of kit but, as my editor has a 6 multi camera input, I would not need a separate box.
In practice I feel it is a bit risky putting out live video and the subjects may feel that editorial input may be needed.

It’s only for my wife’s streaming Yoga classes. I am coming to this cold so a lot to learn. I taught myself basic editing in a few days so hopefully I can master this too. Any advice most welcome.
