Question Can 4k BLU RAYS & NANOCELL

Yes.

Nanocell is LG's mid-range TV brand and all TVs of the last few years except the very bottom of the range ones have had the HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 2.0 support required to accept the signal from a Blu-ray UHD player.

Is there some reason you believe they wouldn't?
I read they're not good with HDR?
To be honest I want to upgrade my 2017 55inch Panasonic oled to a 65inch model I'm unsure if I want or need another oled as the current ones screen burn or some other screen fault,in this case a neon green strip where the news banners appear. The TV is in the corner so have to take viewing angles into account although a Samsung Q80T or above is a possibility. Finally I seldom watch films in the dark.
