My wife needs to be able to use MS office as part of her job. I see that I can pay a one off payment of £119 to use it. But after searching online there are some website which I do not trust offering the licence for £40 or less.
Is there a better option ?

Does she need the online access for collaboration or is this simply a file creation/editing need?

If it's the latter then the free open source apps such as Apache OpenOffice (etc) are fully compatible with MS file formatting for read and edit/save; these formats can be set as default; and are very similar in use. These apps are stable and totally free.

Got a licence off of eBay in the end. £12.45. Hope its all legal and above board.
