Sending Monitors by courier
Ideally monitors are collected in person. If a monitor is to be sent by courier then use:
(a) The original packaging containing the polystyrene foam moulds; or
(b) An appropriate substitute internal packaging that prevents any movement and gives secure padding
A cardboard box only with a thin layer of bubble wrap does not suffice. It may lead to immense disappointment on arrival. Furthermore a courier claim is unlikely to be successful if the internal packaging was not fit for purpose.
