Just looking at the results after running Audyssey and I am not sure If something is incorrect with the front left and centre speakers as they seem to be the opposites on the graphs to the other speakers up until 100Hz? This maybe a stupid question so forgive me if it is.

I'm not sure as to why you've posted this to a thread on the topic of bass management? Audyssey room EQ or room EQ correction in general has noting to do with bass management.
Anyway, Audyssey takes readings relative to each speaker's individual relative location within the room. The room's acoustics can vary quite considerable depending upon the locations in question and the acoustics associated with those locations. I'd suggest this to be the reason for the differing curves.
