Does anyone have a similar problem?
Bought a dolce gusto machine a year ago in the sales anticipating a house move, sale got held up so only started using the machine two months ago. It is now very slow, not much more than a dribble, used twice a day at most. I've had dolce gusto machines before and they have been better than this. After two months should it need rescaling?

All depends on the water hardness in your area, but I'd say it will need descaled.

Even though you've not used it much, it will have had some water in it from being tested, and that may now be causing a restriction.

Definitely needs descaling.

Buy some descaling liquid from any supermarket and follow the procedure in the manual.

I used to have one of these machines, the bit that pierces the pods had a hole in it, presumably to force the water through, and it used to get clogged or scaled up. I could resolve it just by sticking a pin in it. Worth a try.
