Hi all,

Long time lurker, first-time poster.

I am about to put the bucket in the ground for my new extension, it's a multi-purpose room bolted onto the back of my house. Now I have had my budget reigned in (a lot) I have a reasonably final purchase list.

I would like for some internet strangers to have a look over and give me any alternative/recommendations on products and placement.

Please see below:

Owned:
  • Monitor Audio Bronze 5 Towers
  • Monitor Audio Bronze FX Surrounds
  • Monitor Audio Bronze Centre
  • Monitor Audio Bronze W10 Sub
  • Onkyo TX-NR555
To Purchase:
  • Projector - Optoma HD143x & Ceiling Mount
  • Screen - Homegear 100" motorised. Better than a white wall...
  • Monitor Audio C165 (Atmos) x2
  • Nvidia Shield TV
  • 40m QED LSZH Cable (It's on a fire escape route so I assuming it is required)
Floor Plan:

So a couple of questions:
What HDMI cable would you recommend? This is a budget build but might upgrade to a 4k projector (which I originally intended) later. So I don't want to have to fish out and replace a cable if I don't have to. The distance is about 6-7m after routing up through the wall and ceiling.

Is Atmos going to be worth it in this space? It's not huge and the channel separation looks like it might be quite limited.

Thanks all, I look forward to your feedback.
