Completely out the blue my bedroom Harmony just decided to disable itself. I contacted Customer Support via email and they unlocked it within an hour, credit to them. But they never gave me a credible explanation, or any explanation really, as to why something like this should happen suddenly. I told them I’d added some new devices and they said that might be the cause
But clearly the software in there can disable your account if it determines for itself that something is wrong. I wouldn’t mind but it has been linked to the same Harmony account since the day I bought it.
