Harmony Elite Disabled

Completely out the blue my bedroom Harmony just decided to disable itself. I contacted Customer Support via email and they unlocked it within an hour, credit to them. But they never gave me a credible explanation, or any explanation really, as to why something like this should happen suddenly. I told them I’d added some new devices and they said that might be the cause :facepalm:

But clearly the software in there can disable your account if it determines for itself that something is wrong. I wouldn’t mind but it has been linked to the same Harmony account since the day I bought it.
