Seems part(s) of your post might be missing.

Edit: Oops you have just added images.

You may find it quicker and easier to just cut both connectors off and fit a different set/type.

The fitting on the top picture is needed for the light fixture but I don’t know what it’s called and were to get one

What i mean is cut both connectors off and install something like this

I don’t mind cutting both off but the light fitting needs this top connection as it fits into the slot

Ok, That's not an issue, Just cut the cable so you have tails and make it into a patch lead.

So yellow connector left with tails, Put a one new connector on the end of those, Then cut white connector off and put the other new on there.

Job done :)

Were can I get this same connector from do you have a link so I can buy it

You can get them on eBay or amazon, even local car parts shops should stock them. They are called super seal connectors.
Here is a link showing how they work.

I’ve just realised something, I thought you would need to change these out regularly but that may not be the case.

If so you could just use a cheap block connector to join them.

Yea I was thinking [emoji189] that

hello I need help on this ASAP

Do you have a soldering iron or can borrow one from a friend, neighbour?...
Cut both cables, strip the wires, twist together, solder, insulate with
heat shrink sleeving or Sugru or Araldite or insulating tape.

If you are in a real hurry...
Cut both cables, strip the wires, twist together, insulate with some form of tape.
Re-do later with something more permanent when you have the time.

:)
