Hi
Start with checking video processor firmware version and let me know what does your amp shows:
- press and hold the "DISPLAY" button and while holding, press the "ON/STANDBY" button (main cpu firmware will be displayed at this point)
- press Tone - or + button until you see something like on the photo below:

Hi

Firmware seems to look ok. I'm currently working on the same onkyo model with no video problem as well. Looks like the main hdmi chip needs to be replaced. Does the SUB hdmi out work for you?

Typical Onkyo HDMI failure issues. I don't know why this manufacturer has not been able to sort this out after all tis time. The internet is awash with user reports of HDMI failure on various Onkyo receiver models.

I have experienced this HDMI failure problem on two receivers and I will never buy an Onkyo again.

The main chip on the HDMI fails , typically after 6-7 years.
A different chip has been used on the x3x and onwards AVRs.

No noe

No unfortunately none of it works, not even the component video.

Unfortunately no video out works, main, sub and component

Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be available.
The support period is six years so Onkyo don't have any.
