i have just bought a panasonic viera, which has a usb port for pics and vids from a camera.
pics are fine i just use pc to transfer from sd to usb.
vids are another matter, they are in .MOV format so i have used pc to convert to .avi.
however when i put usb in tv it only displays 1 of the 3 files that are on the usb, ref 0001.avi 0002.avi and 0019.avi it displays and plays 0019.avi
i have deleted 0019.av and 0002.avi it now plays 0001.avi
any idea what the problem is?

Maximum file size springs to mind.
You should give the TVs model no.
Just about every Panasonic flat-screen Tv is called a Viera.

thanks for reply.

model number is TX-L32EM6B

file 0001.avi will play now where as it didn't before. this is only 57.7 mb 0002 is 27.3mb and 0019 is 99mb. according to handbook it will take up to 32 Gb.

ps. it will display all pics .jpg on another usb drive

it will list and play all movies in .mp4 downloaded from internet, but the ones from my camera that i have converted to .mp4 are not recognised.
