We have had the LG 47" Smart 3D TV for quiet a number of years and it has been working flawlessly. We moved the TV to India, after which the motherboard got fried, probably due to voltage fluctuations. We called in a local technician, who replaced the motherboard.

Ever since this, we are not able to access the Smart TV Menu. The TV in itself works and we are able to access the STB/ Dish TV channels and the TV settings, but apart from this, we are not able to access the Internet, the 3D features or any of the Apps like YouTube, etc. The TV settings reflect that it is using the latest LG firmware ( Version 04.42.08 ) and hence, auto-update is not available. Also, the TV is still connected to our home Wi-Fi. I have also tried to do a "Factory Reset", but the issue still persists.

Will I be able to reinstall the LG OS, to overcome this access issue and if yes, how do I go about it?
