Sky's advert for HD - confused.

I was just looking at the advert that Sky are currently using to promote their HD service.

You know, the one with all the sports action, but in super slo-mo.

I know you can't really advertise HD on a SD box, but how exactly does putting things into slo-mo show how they would look in HD?????

And from what I'm reading about the quality of their HD broadcasts on this site, perhaps they should be pixellating some of that advert:devil:
 
Well it begs the question of advertising any TV on television, you basically ignore the main function of how good a picture it creates and dazzle the viewer with fluff:)
 
I remeber the adverts for Panasonic HD TVs, showing fantastic picture better than any other TV could provide, and I said, well the picture on my SD CRT seems good enough to make your advert look good.



That pixel joke was good. If I could I would give you some kind of Kudos, for it, we need a rating system for funny posts.
