Some people seriously over-value their Steelbook Blu-ray Collections!

Some people have more money than sense :D but realistically they're only worth what someone will pay for them, so they may get lucky. To me, their value is subjective, just like film reviews, where the only one I care about is my own. Each to their own.

I sold all of my steels for about £800 I think it was, (most Marvel) my arrows are all worth between £700 and £900 if I ever sell them. But that's listing the films individually, not sure they sell in job lots, much harder that way.

I must admit I have been fortunate to sell unwanted Steelbooks for surprising prices on occasion. The ones that go for mega money make up for the ones that sell for peanuts. A Steelbook is ultimately only worth what someone is willing to pay. I don’t blame people pushing for higher prices considering that collecting can be a huge money pit.
