Biscuit malts. Caramel sweetness. Dankness. Citrus peel. The finish is sweet with herbal bitterness. Hides alcohol well. 3.25 out of 5.

I was at BA as a contractor earlier this year and they were selling these in the onsite shop. I bought some and was genuinely disappointed. To me the worst brew dog I have tried.

I just had a bottle of delicious kernal export stout. I love kernal beers. Now I've got the most devine beer. A tin of Vola alien shivers ipa. This is beer at its finest. Two different to follow. Wylam. The economic growth of the geek. A citra ipa and methusela barrel aged imp stout by Abbeydale. What a feast. First beers for a couple of weeks. I prefer special treats now rather than drinking ritually

Given up beer for Stoptober and have to say, I'm not missing it anywhere near as much as I thought. I have some kegs for the Perfect Draft system waiting and amazingly they are still in the cupboard.

"No, no I'm just taking a picture of the beer!

Oh and can I have a packet of cheese and onion crisps please, yes, those on the bottom shelf."

Quite possibly as hard to get as Westy 12 if not more, mainly since it's a once a year release. And even more expensive, though at least its pretty expensive in the US, unlike the Belgium one.

A big live tasting going on with this with Beer bods, but I think I'll keep it for chrimbo. Its a whopping 15% so ouchy heady.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!

Little slow out the blocks on this one, the missus got me this calendar last year and has refilled it this year :)

Day one - Black Iris (Very Dangerous ASP)
Day two - Lost and Found (C The Mango)
Day three - Northern Monk (Lemon Radler)
Day four - Cloudwater x Salt (Is there room in the budget for a sports car)
Day five - Poly (can't remember)

Only had the first two days but needless to say the girls done good :)

No idea how this will work out.

Not really cost effective as it was £35.90 for 5 litres. You could probably buy as much from Aldi.

Bought more for the fun of it.
