season 2 generally has the luxury of not having to establish all the things season 1's can get bogged down in. Not that anything Star Wars related really has any world building left to do, but now we have the mechanics out the way with the guild, the Mandalorians, and the child, I hope season 2's going to manage to navigate around the flat spots season 1 found itself in midway through.
The last couple of episodes saved it, for me, pulling it back on track after a very flacid mid section. It took a few episodes to really warm to it, and it flatlined before kicking back into life again, but it's the last thing left that's keeping me interested in the Star Wars universe. The last thing that's not called Rogue One, anyway.
