Hi all,

Have a desktop PC with a quad core processor and 8 gig of ram.

Currently on Vista, daughter (10) uses the PC for Roblox and they have stopped supporting Vista, so she cant play it on there anymore.

Basically all this PC is used for is Roblox, so my question: what Windows OS should I go for and where from?

I see activation codes online for under a tenner, but seems too cheap to me?

Thanks in advance

There are tools that will check if your hardware can run the different versions of Windows. If the PC can run Win10 I would suggest you go for that as you will then get all updates to the latest and most secure versions as they are released.
As for where from then you need to shop around to find a decent price. However if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is and is therefore best avoided.

Hi Mark,

Many thanks for your input, I will look into this over the weekend :)

Right... The PC is 32 Bit, 3 gig of Ram and is a 2.4ghz Quad core.

I believe this is good enough for Windows 10 install.

Can anyone point me to a decent place to buy a genuine key?

Its a minefield.. Thanks in advance

Try using your Vista key first. You’ve nothing to lose.
