Doesn't the fact q acoustics have huge thick cabinets mean that you create more of a problem of the cabinets bass colouring the sound because they are heavier and more routed to the ground through which colouration can happen.
Also if the gel deals only with the high and mid frequecies and not low ones, and the tubes deal with the standing waves which may be generated by cabinet design, isn't this a way of trying to deal with the inherent issues in design already.
Am not dissing the design at all, but am interested to find out more what people think.
