Lock down roast week 6 this week Chicken with obligatory homemade Yorkies

Chicken in honey and chilli - Chicken saag - Bombay pots - Peshawari naan and Special fried rice.

I love this recipe because it tastes authentic and its real quick to make once everything is prepped:
1) Bring the chicken stock to a simmer
2) Add all the gubbins from plate 1, simmer 5 mins.
3) Add all the stuff from plate 2, simmer 5 mins.
4) Add the bowl of lime juice stir and serve.

Have a similar folder system and like prepping that way :thumbsup:
 
Did a small one yesterday and did the Jerseys in Moroccan mint and Bay from my garden.

Masala fish.

Something I love but never made myself.

I used this:

Note, don't use as much water as they recommend, add a little oil, mix it up, coat the fish, put the fish in the oven or fry it. I used haddock.

That mix was a bit spicy, if I wasn't so busy with work I'll come up with my own at some point and maybe marinade over night.

tonight’s dinner is homemade calzone with spicy chorizo, black olives, ham and mozzarella.
 
Made Beef Rendang in the instant pot followed by cherry almond and white chocolate Blondie.
