I always chuck my bag juice as some recipes I've read say they'll be rank. Does it doffer from meat to meat or depend what extras you've put in the bag?
My fav is Singapore noodles yum

Rare as in bloody, or rare as in uncommon? I do hope it's the latter. I like mine well done and slightly scorched
