There maybe plenty of charging points but when you have a passenger who you've got to get to an appointment, they're not going to be very happy when you have to stop on route to recharge. I try to get them to their appointment around 20 minutes early but to do a charge I'd have to allow however long the charge would take.Agree about the price and the less said about the looks the better, a look I guess only its designer could love.
I just did a quick check about the distance from Exmoor to Bristol - 92 miles each way
So given a 400 mile range, well within a single charge, and if you want to charge, and there are plenty of chargers you could use between Exmoor and Bristol, even if you can't charge at home.Bristol to Exmoor

Yes, the distance from Exmoor to Bristol is around 92 miles, but you've forgotten my journey from home to their location and back, around trip of approx 200 miles and not of nice straight flat roads, but very hilly and poor roads. Plus some farm tracks sometimes.
From bitter experience on my scooter, anything other than good flat road/pavements will drop the battery charge quicker than a good run on a nice surface.
